Community Forums

Our Community Forum is a great way to get help from NetENV staff and other NetENV users.


Your best bet for reporting a bug it to visit our Community Forum . If your bug has not already been identified and fixed please post a message. Please include as much detail as possible to help our developers reproduce and fix the problem. Alternatively you may message us directly via email or our Contact Form.
We would love to hear your thoughts for making our products better. Please leave us a message in our Community Forum or drop us a live via email or the Contact Form.
Upon purchase or registration of the NetVidi beta you will receive a License Key. NetVidi may be activated with this key directly within the application allowing access to all your entitled features. This activation requires internet access to briefly communicate with the NetENV servers. If you are unable to access the internet from your NetVidi installation instance you activate your product and apply the Activation Code manually by using our Product Activation page. You will need to provide your License Key and the Computer ID generated by your NetVidi installation to receive your Activation Code.
